Dolled up in a black dress and hat, the “Notebook” babe shot several scenes before retreating to her trailer for a much-deserved break. “The Vow” is based on a true story of a newlywed couple (McAdams and Channing Tatum) who survive a car crash but struggle to keep their marriage alive after the wife loses memory of her husband.
